AYSO Atlanta Fall Soccer Programs
U6 - U12 Spring programs will be conducted at Boulevard Crossing Park. Teams will practice and compete at Boulevard Crossing Park, Map Link.
Programs are open to boys and girls born on or between August 1, 2000 and January 31, 2009. AYSO Atlanta Fall Soccer Programs will start August 17, 2013 and end November 2, 2013.
U6 Fall Soccer Programs
U6 Programs are open to all boys and girls born on or between August 1, 2007 and January 31, 2009. U6 teams consist of 5 players, one coach, and one assistant coach or team manager. U6 teams have one 60-minute activity session on Saturday. The activity session consists of a 30 minute training session and 25 minute game. Teams compete in a 3v3 format for four 5-minute quarters with every player participating in at least one half of every game. There are no goalkeepers in the U6 program. U6 coaches are on the field during competition to encourage and guide their players. Coaches also fill the role of referee at the U6 level
Adult volunteers are needed to form U6 teams. Volunteers are required to register as AYSO Volunteers for the 2013/2014 Membership Year and complete a onetime Safe Haven certification course. U6 Coaches and U6 Assistant Coaches are required to complete an AYSO U6 Coach course. Each team requires a U6 Coach and a U6 Assistant Coach or a Team Manager. U8 Fall Soccer Programs
U8 Programs are open to all boys and girls born on or between August 1, 2005 and July 31, 2007. U8 teams consist of 7-8 players, one U8 Coach , one U8 Game official or one Referee, and one U8 Assistant coach or Team Manager. U8 teams have one 45-minute mid-week training session on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at Boulevard Crossing Park. The day and time are determined by the team from available time slots. Teams compete in a 5v5 format for four 10 minute quarters with every player participating in at least one half of every game. There are no goalkeepers in the U8 program. U8 games are officiated by a U8 Game Official or a Referee. All U8 Game Officials are registered, certified, and trained.

U10 Programs are open to all boys and girls born on or between August 1, 2003 and July 31, 2005. U10 training sessions and games will be held at Boulevard Crossing Park. U10 teams consist of 10 players, one U10 Coach, one U10 Assistant Coach, one Team Manager, and three Region Referees. U10 teams have two 60-minute mid-week training sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at Boulevard Crossing Park. The days and time are determined by the team. Teams compete in a 7v7 format for four 12 minute quarters with every player participating in at least one half of every game. There are seven players from each team on the field at one time. One of these players is a goalkeeper. U10 games are officiated by a Center Referee and two Assistant Referees. All U10 Game Officials are trained as Regional Referees.

U12 Fall Soccer Programs
U12 Programs are open to all boys and girls born on or between August 1, 2000 and July 31, 2003. U12 training sessions and games will be held at Boulevard Crossing Park. U12 Teams may be coed based on enrollment. U12 teams consist of 12 players, one U12 Coach, one U12 Assistant Coach, one Team Manager, and three Region Referees. U12 teams have two 60-minute mid-week training sessions. The days and time are determined by the team. Teams compete in a 9v9 format for four 15 minute quarters with every player participating in at least one half of every game. There are nine players from each team on the field at one time. One of these players is a goalkeeper. U12 games are officiated by a Center Referee and two Assistant Referees. All U12 Game Officials are trained as Regional Referees.

Teams will be gender specific in all age groups that have sufficient players to form at least four boys and four girls teams.
